2:02 p.m. — 300 block of North Shore Road. Trespassing. Police noticed a man climbing above the railing on a beach access boardwalk. When police asked him why he ignored the "No trespass" sign, the man became "very sarcastic" and said he was just going to the beach. The man was issued a notice to appear in court.
