5 p.m. — 1300 block of South Osprey Avenue. Theft. A woman reported she purchased a bicycle from someone on eBay, but never received the bike. The woman sent an $800 money order to the seller. She thought the transaction was taking place in New York, but she discovered through eBay that the money order was sent to Romania.
