Aug. 2, 11:50 a.m — 10500 block of Winding Stream Way. Information. The victim has been receiving telephone calls for a certain phone number. He answered a few times, but the caller spoke only Spanish and the victim could not understand him. The calls continue to come at all times of the day and night. The victim contacted his telephone provider to block his number, but the provider said it is unable to do so.
