June 24, 11:25 a.m. — 1200 block of Fourth Street. Suspicious Person. A homeowner called police when someone knocked on their door, asking if they could come inside and get out of the rain. The homeowner was not sympathetic.

A decent caricature of the Wicked Witch. In retrospect, the pose is too static. The broom should be flying out of her right hand; her left hand should be clutching on the door frame.
