July 12, 8:47 p.m. — 5700 block of GMD. Suspicious Circumstance. A man reported that a rugged guy wearing a cowboy hat was driving slowly through his neighborhood in a black Nissan. Neither the cowboy, nor his trusty source of transportation, could be located.
